Winnipeg Jets

Things are finally beginning to seem to click for the flyers during a tight race for playoff spot early in the season. after a franchise worse start (1-7) the players have realized they are in a tight situation. after missing the playoffs last season, things needed to change this season, starting with Craig Berube as coach and few team meetings. there are certain players who seemed to have been slacking, who are stepping up this season, specifically sean couturier today. It seems he needed that first goal a few weeks ago to get him back to his normal self. he had quite the phenomenal game today, with a shorthanded goal early in the second period on a winnipeg power play. it was an amazing goal, and he was happy and relieved as you could tell by his toothless grin on the jumbotron.
